Was it wrong? Of course it was (I have family who are/were SWAT). Now this part will probably get me some hate, but technically if we are going by twitches guidelines/TOS from what I read he broke no real rule. He skated on thin ice, but never actually broke an official rule.

Also before any says I'm just a sad fan. I actually haven't watched him in nearly a year.

This is because twitch itself is too care-bear with what they consider Adult Content, they complain too much every since they started enforcing the policy about minor things I quit using their service myself, but the only people who are gamers and in masses who stop using their service, or make a serious protest to change it can, I am not saying full nudity should be allowed or doing dumb things, but to start stupid policy such as a "Mature Lanauge Policy" "Banning people just because a female is showing a little too much or a man for taking off his shirt is a bit too much in my view.

Lets talk about this video itself though, It can obviously be seen that it was a prank and those were not real S.W.A.T, but lets talk about swatting.

^ Ever watched CSI, or TV shows where everyone who does illegal things uses burner phones, however they usually always get caught because they leave a trail, however on the other hand if you are very careful :3.

Anyways my opinion

Don't use Twitch.TV its a piece of crap, there are just better services because I hate Twitches new rules of conduct, instead Twitch should have a Mature Filter where its users can use almost any type of conduct they want except adult explicit, however here is an alternative streaming site.

On the other hand from what I read Amazon.com bought Twitch which is why it sucks now.

Twitch isn't over reacting, their a big business now and don't want their brand associated with "swatting" whether its real or not. You can only blame Team2g and there management for not understanding the rules or getting permission to do the stunt.

I don't think there is any specific rules that say you can't do a prank or joke on Live Stream.

Also if anyone wants to swat anyone all they need is a burner phone and Real Life information + Common sense of to do it in a public place away from cameras and then it would take voice identification Via Government to find a person, and of course destroying your actual phone afterwards, I mean we all watch CSI we know what to do lol because believe it or not Live television teaches more of how to commit crimes these days. Lets also not forget about what you can buy on Amazon in books that teaches things that can be used illegally, as well as Videos on YouTube that give ideas, or things that people can do which could harm someone in the process.

I say avoid twitch.tv being too care-bear on what is streamed for example not allowing streaming of Man Hunt is just insane, and not allowing Mature games on Adult Filtered rooms is insane, on top of strictly punishing a person for taking off their top.

. And Second Life for that matter does anyone not have any idea how many unique artists are in this game but streaming is not allowed because of body parts that show which I consider Artistry work because none of it is real its just artists who make virtual skins which show the virtual body parts, I can understand not allowing videos directly showing adult features of the game, but not allowing streaming of PG-13 content or artistry is insane.

I prefer Hitbox.tv, I personally don't even watch twitch just because its so called the gamers choice doesn't make it good its like AMD Cards calling it the gamers choice when Nvidia is better instead we need a new service that allows more adult content to open, with filters of course.

For this matter, even League OF Legends has more toxicity than a person streaming on twitch usually more offensive things said in LOL daily.
