Why does Riot remove Skin concepts from the Forum?

Awhile back (around 1.5 months ago), I thought in-depth about a SG (Star Guardian) Yasuo skin concept. I went into some detail about the abilities and what not, but around 1-2 hours after posting it was removed. I was very confused, mostly because it wasn't profound at all and it was actually something funny and cool to think about to read. Do they do this to hide works-in-progress? Was it that offensive? I AM SO CONFUSED!

I saved the post for some odd reason. I'll add it at the bottom. So please, with the Star Guardian Skins confirmed, was it something to hide? I hope so. I am just confused.

Hi guys! So i have been seeing a lot of concepts on people wanting all of their favorite champions Star Guardianed. And after awhile of thinking, i thought to myself, "who would be the most unexpected person to be Star Guardianed?" And after a bit if thinking i thought. Yasuo is one of manliest champions in the League arguably. So what if we gave him a revamp and make him a pink frilly frenzied fighter that glitters in the sky and rainbows spewing from him so majestically as he dashes around in grace. I do not have any concept art, but i have a lot of ideas for the skin.

So here are the ideas i have made up. Passive: Shield that is purple. Q: thrusts a pink blade forward as sparkles come out from the sides. W: Throws up a wall of stars and rainbows. Nobody will shoot through that majestic thing. E: Dash through minions with a beautiful trail of rainbows to follow you. R: A combination of everything. Rainbows stars and pink slashes going through your enemies with pulverizing prettiness. As you Ult to the ground you get a nice smiley face. For the Ult passive: a deep purple that dazzles harder than in a field of gems. With a pinkish-red auto attack animation and a death as Yasuo the Pink is defeated and brings his hand up into the stars and falls down dead. Overall, this was my idea for an amazing, not boring Yasuo skin. I will add concept art if i can, but i want to leave it your imagination.
