I think they forgot about Bard
He wasn't on the list of free week champs when they got announced on the home page and even the launcher has a black picture. So wther they forgot about him or don't want to acknowledge that he exists.

I think one of the people who designed Bard said that he was made to appeal to the growing demand of stoned League players who had grown tired of playing Zilean, so perhaps you're trying to view him from one of the prohibition states?
They emailed me a link to a lengthy poll about Bard just last week. :p
