If I have time to play one game, I don't want to spend it _hoping _ that I get what I fucking want. Every single time, I get stuck in a lane I don't want or something else goes wrong and I'm left waiting 5 to 15 minutes extra due to dodge penalty. It is fucking old. Nothing was wrong with Teambuilder for normals.

I can empathize with the time constraints but then you contradict yourself by mentioning team builder, which took ages to form a match.
Not to mention team builder didn't have bans, and the leader could just kick people so it became tryhard meta only mode. So yeah, there were things wrong with team builder.
New champ select took most of the good and cut some of the bad out. It has its own pros and cons but I still think it is superior to team builder.
