Idea for Toxic Players in Ranked Game Lobby

I think that there should be a feature that allows people to vote someone out of the lobby. For example, if someone is being extremely toxic in lobby, currently you have two choices. A. you jump queue, lose LP and get a time penalty. Or option B. You play with this toxic a-hole the whole game and maybe lose because of it. Neither option is great. But if you could do this, you could kick this toxic player out of the lobby and start a new queue. Then the toxic player would get a time penalty and a toxicity warning, saying something like "you have been kicked because the rest of the players in your lobby deemed you toxic." Again this would ONLY be ranked feature (to prevent 4 man norms trolling you or other such things) and ALL four people would have to vote you as toxic. Tell me what you think of this as a solution to try to stop trolls and toxic players before you have to lose LP because of them or go through a game full of either miscommunication because of muting him or a game full of hate and trolls.

Edit- Umm apparently someone also has come to this conclusion also and he already has board attention. I didn't realize this! But I think it is still a great idea and riot should seriously consider this. Also! I think this feature should only be for ranked as I mentioned above
