So I don't know how this happened, but when I logged onto lol I was greeted with the 160+ skins and I wasn't sure what to do about it. So if a Rioter could explain to me what happened that would be great. -smug jinx main

It's probably a sync error. It looks like you're on the new client, so if something happened that caused some kind of sync error or memory dump, you could be being "gifted" content you should already own when it corrected the issue.
