Season Rewards Removal: Lame

So after receiving confirmation from Riot that I won't get my rewards due to a 14 Day Suspension that occurred prior to the server move I feel deflated. I started playing League for the first time this season and have worked my way from Bronze to nearly Gold this season, and have been trying reallllll hard to make it to Gold to get the rewards as a sign of my accomplishments. I realize the ban was justified, and I learned from it (the power of the mute button, and playing with music so I stay chill) but it feels a little unjustified that the announcement retro acts back to players who were unaware of the consequences they would face. I guess, I don't know. It's just a bummer. It's going to be another year now until I can try for another set of rewards, and it feels unjust that there are other players who were toxic over and over and reformed before the cutoff luckily, or players who have played for years and had such behavior but changed to get the rewards, or player who manipulate the report system and still are toxic but know how to be smart about it, and I legitimately learn from my dumb behavior and still lose my rewards while they keep them.

Just a rant I guess. Frustrated. Takes all the motivation to finally hit gold out from under me, and honestly that's one of the main reasons I keep playing.
