ekko and Lucian projects skins

I bought the ekko project skin to add to my project collection and I love the visual effects. Excellent job riot. I have owned Lucian project skin for awhile and when compared to any of the other project skin I don't think his skin is on the same level. Barely looks like s project. Can riot give his skin a touch up? And not a splash art either.

I think it actually looks fine, Leona imo isn't the greatest, but it's still cool eitherway.
