Plays.tv Allowed? Bannable?

I was asked to install this software to help me record my games, however I want to ensure that this software is not going to get me banned by using it.

Does anyone know the answer, or have a link saved somewhere?

I searched around quickly, but my google skills are apparently pretty poor today.

no you cannot get banned for using plays.tv

As long as the software does nothing to modify the game or give you an advantage, it is fine.
