Toplaners and melee mids get an easier time on beating him (in which he mostly struggles already) while he gets buffed against the people that want to kill themselves simply for facing a champion with mobility, a "f u skillshots" button and a "f u poke" passive shield.

i feel like Riot's patches are always one behind what's actually happening in-game. Do they even play?

**THIs is simply a buff for ADC yasuo. IF they nerf yasuo so much against melees people will just end up playing adc yasuo. First of all, even if his passive was nerfed it probably wouldnt matter if yasuo is against two ranged champions as 1 autoattack is only needed to destroy yasuo's passive. Secondly, yasuo being able to cast his windwall more often is an obvious buff in bot lane.

Maybe they will increase the amount of stacks or increase the duration it takes to build up his passive. This probably would cause yasuo to make riskier trades. when riot nerfed yasuo's ability to hold his "q" stacks to 6 seconds, most players still use their steel tempest within the 6 seconds which means that the nerf from 7.11 only made yasuo have shorter/quicker trades without any drawbacks. Along with his nerf to his passive, it would most likely make yasuo's trades against melees more riskier(less sustain) when he has his steel tempest ready.

In conclusion these changes probably allow for him to be more outplayed easily(especially in ganks) because he has less tools to survive with in extended trades against melees.**

_Yasuo is extremely extremely weak in URF mode. This is going to make him even more unplayable to all yasuo players. HIs "q" cannot be affected by cdr and his "E" cdr is completely not affected. It would be better if riot made yasuo have 0 seconds of dashing delay instead of .1 and especially drop the "mark" ratio of his "e" from 6 seconds to 3. Ironically yasuo is the least mobile in URF. Players like rammus, twitch, evelyn etc. have movement speed which make them faster than a dashing yasuo. Even Graves ,Caitlyn , Jax , Ezrealetc. are more mobile becuz they can spam their movement abilities even more often than yasuo. Yasuo is also immobile without his minions which they should probably increase the minions health. The minions die too fast in URF so yasuo has no dashing oppurtunity. They only cdr is in yasuo's windwall and ultimate. Sure, yasuo can spam his windwall every second but ultimatly yasuo is going to be extremely useless in the team by spamming windwall as a support. Even with the short cooldown on yasuo's ultimate, yasuo probably wouldnt even be able to get a knockup from himself. He cannot spam his tornado at the same rate in which other mobile players can dash/blink away from his steel tempest.

In conclusion, yasuo's offensive abilities in his kit have no benefit in urf mode other than spamming his ultimate which would just feed the enemy team

PSA: these are changes being tested in house, they have not hit the pbe and will not likely be in 7.16 if they don't hit pbe before this wednesday
