surrender at 20 said 5am GMT on the 19th of April but it still could be later. most new champs come out a little after the patch, whether that be a few hours or a few days. camille came out a whole week after her original patch were as ivern was a day and kled was a few hours.

The website I have provided says it clearly. The new champions will get released when patch 7.8 comes around. As with every new release, they won't get released immediately but after a few hours. In extreme cases their release could take days.

i see that but things delay sometimes. especially since its 2 champs. its the 19th now. a while after the patch and they still are not out. i know though all though camilles release she was said to come immediately but didnt.

I think in europe they will get released 16.30 on april 19. the website says:"Both unlockable Summoner Icons can only be earned between 8:00 am April 19 and 11:59 pm April 26 Pacific time."

Well, view it as a good thing. They might still be doing balances and stuff. Do you want them to get released too soon and then we just end up having two absolute monsters walking into lane?

More than likely tuesday. I believe that is when they have a patch out. Probably going to have a maintenance announcement tomorrow/Sunday

Patches are bi-weekly, I believe. This coming week will be the second week. They are most likely going to be released sometime this week. I have heard much of Tuesday being the day of the patch, however, news reports say that Xayah and Rakan will debut a day or two after the patch is released. Same as Elementalist Lux.
