I still think its stupid and they should've just made all runes free...
I just hope they don't add excessive extra dmg into the game like keystones did...
what am i thinking?? im still thinking why does it STILL seems like ADC's get by FAR the strongest options..
and: which one of these things am i supposed to use with 
I dont wanna sound rude but why the fuck all the masteries that used supports (And where necessary like bandit and windspeaker) doesnt have a rune version but everything else yes?
The Censer was broken yeah but windspeaker and bandit are necessary...
I think Riot Games should make a vote "yes or no new runes"!
Interesting, to say the least. Seems similar, but with some changes. Most noteworthy thing is that it specifies unique abilities and attacks on multiple things.
eh... this chances the way we learnt how to play for all these years to be honest.. but maybe in 2-3 years we will get new runes again.. so.. you never know.. let's see
