Katarina rework
Is scarra helping with the katarina rework? when is the rework gonna be live?

From what I know, Scarra has been informed of what the new rework for Katarina is going to be and he has approved it. I don't know if he has played a part in creating it though.
The assassin rework is going to come out at around Preseason (Patch 6.22 or 6.23), which is towards the beginning of November.
