why games are too short

they've said that games are only 5 minutes faster than last season. this is actually, fine. the length of games, the statistics, are fine. that sounds like an OK length and not short.

the reason why games are bad games, that they are really shorter than the statistics show, is because they end at that time only because that's how long it takes for solo queuer's to figure out how to end.

outplaying the enemy who is ahead feels good. but, when your only hope is that the enemy messes up, ie. doesn't take towers or anything and misplays and lets you have free objectives? that is misery.

a good game is one where you aren't sure who's gonna win until 5 minutes before the game formally ends. that was last season.

a bad game is one where you know who's gonna win 10, 15, 20 minutes before the game formally ends. that's this season.

I've been watching games on streams and it's mostly a crapshoot, or so they've been saying.
