I MISS DYNAMIC QUEUE!!!!!!!!!!

hi community again i'm super tilted the reason being (not trying to sound rude or disrespectful) people in the queue are just refusing to even talk out the team composition calling out lanes like children example andydaclown420 top/jg pls then you get that guy in the whole room top top top top top top top top top top top top top blowing up the teams convo pushing everything off the list except his top top top top top over and over again when you try and talk it out with the player he refuses and the whole team comes crashing down with the one players bad behavior...i'm not trying to say i need top or jg every time because iv got mf twitch and jinx to go bot with its just i would really like it if people could just stop auto locking into a position then blowing up chat like there name is in graved with a position they wanted without talking first...if anybody could give me a good answer on when they think the dynamic queues will be back up i would appreciate it ty I MISS DYNAMIC QUEUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
