How to work with a bad support...?
What do you do when your support constantly messes up your last hitting and steals your cs? Especially when you tell them to stop and they continue too, and they purposefully mess up my last hits every single time?

Sadly there isn't shit you can do TBH. Technically there isn't a rule that says they have to support you or even give you all the farm. Or ward. Not even a rule that says they even have to come bot lane with you. Those are just the ways the game is played at the highest levels and everyone has been expected to fall in line since season 1. It's part of what makes matches so toxic sometimes. People can pretty much do whatever they want and as long as they aren't rude to you, you just have to suck it up and deal with it. If not you'll end up like me. I reported so many people for trolling me in game who never got punished, that now people can flat out call me a n*gger in chat repeatedly and I have seen no breaks in their gameplay. Yet they supposedly have automated systems and a zero tolerance policy for that sort of thing. Only thing I can tell you sadly is suck it up and get used to it. If supports messing up your last hits are the worst people you've had all week, you've been blessed.
I will say this, if you are like 0 and 4 as adc, and I'm supporting you....your farm just became mutual. This is solo queue....you pump gold into people that will carry. Once it's obvious you are just gonna die a bunch....that gold is better spread around.. Other than that....yeah hitting minions as support is just bad etiquette. I support a lot, and I only do that when my adc is rude or sucks. I actually hate to adc because of the supports I get. It sucks to be the person that even us bronzies have drilled into their head to kill, when your team wont protect you. Sucks even worse when you get a support who doesn't ward, and doesn't get a support item, so they try to steal farm and end up keeping your lane pushed too far thus ripe for a gank. Only thing I can say is get an avarice blade...lol maybe make up for some of that gold you missing with it. Other than that.....trolls gonna troll.

See that bitch-ass rushing Deathcap instead of Sightstone? Buy Sightstone yourself, and let him feel the pain that you felt(after being ganked from the fog tons of times)
I just had that today, it was a Lulu who would AA every single minion even when she had a spellthief in her pocket. I tried to see what would happen if I just left her alone and stopped CS'ing altogether, she would still walked around just AA and not last hitting.
Eventually I just left the lane and refuse to go bot where she spent almost the rest of the game there trying to push down the first bot turret, with support gears and again not last hitting at all but just keep pushing like she was on auto pilot.
Nor was she really useful during the time she spent with me, I died 3 times just from laning with her (she was not of much help and got caught all the time). When I got tired of it and left the lane, I only died 2 more times before the game ended (I did intentionally feed once before leaving the lane though, it was me being a dick I know), this simply shows that she was a complete hindrance than help.
We did win the game, thanks to top lane Olaf who carried us but yeah it can be pretty aggravating to meet someone in lane with you and just give negative support by messing everything up.
I think support can take cs if it's clearly adc can't take both vs at a time to minimize loss gold , also most adc needed help when enemy push waves under tower , it's clearly easier to have support hit->tower hit->last hit but it require synergy , i usually only hit minions when the minion waves is pushing towards us to maintain freeze but not let them push to reset. I also like roaming then staying a lot with the adc , if you can farm safely , you call just communicate with the sup tell her sup other lanes. Adc don't want a bad sup , sup want a clever ad too better to have duo unless support mains pops up
