Tweaking the "fill" option in Dynamic Queue

So I was just wondering if Riot could implement it so that when people press "fill", they have the exception to say "Excluding: pick role". Because there are plenty of people who would be happy to fill the role needed by the team but they sometimes have that one role they cannot do as well as other roles.

I think it would help our queue have more content people when it comes to the role they are assigned. It lessens the whole anxiety of "Err....I can't really play top as well as, say, adc or mid, etc."
