There are more 4800 IP champions than 6300 IP champions.

Can we please start getting 4800 IP champs to have consistently reduced prices too? Personally, I don't care much (I own most of the champs), but it'd be helpful for a lot of players.

There are more 4800 Champions than there are champions of any other cost price PERIOD. In my Quest to Own All Champions, those guys will be...quite the hurdle to overcome. Slanty face.
