Why can spell shields stop multiple spells that occur in 1 second!

banshee sivir w noc w even fiora w It's not the first spell hit or if multiple spells hit same time No it's spell then another 1 after like 0.5 sec they both get stopped Is that how it's supposed to be? Then why nerf it on malza :P
