Let's do something with Yorick

I bought the pentakill skin over a year ago on Yorick.. mainly because I want to play a death metal undead champ of awesomeness. As it stands now I can't do that because.. well he isn't very awesome. It's kind of fun to annoy people in lane but after that his kit seems very weak. I'm not going to pretend to know what needs to happen with him, but can we make him a priority so that I can get back to thrashing with him?
