How Do i Beat Tank Devourer Champs in Low Elo

lately in my silver games people have been going tank devourer junglers and it seems like theres no counter play at all, i know that i should be counter jungling to delay their sated but other than that i dont know what to do. silver games usually go on for a long time because people dont know how to end so unless you can end the game really fast then enemy will get sated eventually. in my last 2 games there was a 4k hp volibear with sated, guinsoos, and then full tank, in my next game there was a sated naut with wits end and guinsoos into full tank. If you guys can give me some insight on how to beat these junglers i would highley appreciate it!
