Ok, this is a question that has recently popped up in my mind whilst playing the Piltover characters. If there are characters such as Vi 
and Jinx 
, who have criminal records, I think there should be a Mafia in Piltover, don't you think? No, not the Scarface Al Capone or Don Scarlatti, I'm talking Italian dudes who know how to use Hextech stuff. Plus the drive-bys on the Piltover Treasury, 24/7.

There probably is BUT Vi probably beat them up before becoming a cop and Jinx is to crazy to go along with them. Also Piltovers Sniper cop
probably scares them so they run. Then again the buddy cops are eather always dealing with a major psychopath or chasing the mysterious thief who has been stealing from every one in the city. No one knows who it is but they leave behind a card the letter C on it. (its

I think it would be a great thing for riot to make a lore point on, The mafia skins already exist, why not turn it into a real thing? I like the idea
