I get why you're mad about the silvers, but the unranked thing is just not true. There is a glitch in the Riot API and reading from op.gg and lolnexus are inaccurate
Okay, you're in teambuilder mode which means you are matched with your Normal (teambuilder) MMR, not your ranked. Teambuilder will even take how often you play a certain champion to consideration, matching you with people who are possibly further away from your ranked MMR. Just in case you are wondering why you are matched with people whose ranking is distant from your own. If you want to be matched with people of higher rank, win more TB games, there isn't much else to it.
Try Normals draft pick. If you're getting the same results, then it's your Normal MMR that's unusually low for some reason. TeamBuilder has its own modifiers that will further lower your MMR if you have not played that champion in a while.
