Buff Key Fragment Drop Rates
My luck has very low scaling. pls.

If you go to the Cathedral of the Deep and find Rosaria, you can respec and put more points in luck. But you can only do this 5 times.
In all seriousness, it would be nice if they dropped a little more often.
