Honesty , These champs are so easy to use and so op that its hard to not win a game.

You 100% deserve it. Picking the best champions is part of climbing, it is Riot's problem they are busted not yours.
I am quite successful currently with Malz and Syndra for mid and Sona support....altho it's flex que.
At least over 80% winrate on all of them with 5-8 games on each.
Can't say i´ve played a lot or that the value is as good as compared to soloq but it felt hella strong while doing it^^
But i think i´d agree on Zac and ivern currently being strong, a bit too much but on the other hand, some champs always are.

I'm experiencing something similar. Recently I demoted all the way from P1 to P5 in about 3 days. Just this week I climbed from P5 to my P1 promos in about 4 days on a crazy win streak. ( almost all of the losses were when I was at 0 lp after ranking up )
I had an insane climb streak at this season start with lethality j4 and wukong, but now I suck
