Spectator matches update?

Riot are their any plans to make a search function for spectating matches?

What I mean is a way to search based on champions in a match to maybe even divisions.

This would help players (new and old) understand champions at higher tiers of play and not have the same champions appear constantly on the featured match listing.

Does anyone else want this?
