I love him and love his kit. I play him top usually. I can almost always win lane and come out with a few kills and good cs. I get BottK then boots then defense and sometimes hydra for more damage. I still usually do a lot in small skirmishes(I've gotten triples in 3v1s) but in team fights I can't do anything! I almost always wind up losing! I love his kit but I need advice as to how to win with him. Or champions similar to him etc. Thank you!

Whenever I play Aatrox, I just build a spirit visage and then go full damage (BoTrK, Maw, Hydra, Zephyr). Typically, I just wait for the right moment, initiate with my Q to get as many knockups as possible, E through their entire team, R, set my W to Blood Price and whack away at them. I toggle my W whenever I'm nearing 50% hp, because Aatrox is just crazy at sustaining when he's low. The extra damage from maw compensates for the lack of blood price. If you get fed, you should be doing enough damage that the enemy team has the choice of focusing you and getting shredded by your carries, or ignoring you and letting you shred through half their team.
