no champion is going to carry you out of bronze 5, it's all about how you play. here's a few key tips:

focus on taking towers. dragon and baron are cool objectives, but they aren't going to make a difference in most low elo games. once the outer turret in your lane is all down, start grouping with the rest of your team to help them take turrets. try to win as quickly as possible.

something i notice in low elo games is that oftentimes games drag on for 40+ minutes when they could have ended in 30 from smart, objective based play. don't fall into the trap of chasing people around in the jungle for kills. only fight if a kill is guaranteed and free, or if you can take an obvious objective as a result of the kill. fighting outside of that is an unnecessary risk and a waste of time. focus on shoving lanes so that you will have minions present when you do kill the enemy team.

last of all, in the later stages of the game when everyone has 4 or more items, stick with your team. This is when death timers start to really creep up, and since it's unlikely you'll have good ward coverage in most of your games, splitting is essentially suicide and will cost you huge objectives. No matter how stupid the positioning and choices of your teammates, work with them as a unit rather than going off to do something solo. Even if your decision is the 'correct' one, it's still wrong if you're doing it alone.
