So I just had a ranked game...

Where our Leona support took TP bot with grasp, didn't do anything the whole game, and did not build sightstone. My teammates were screaming at her the whole game to build a dang SS. At the end of the match (we lost because of a fed as enemy Draaaven and mid Talon) and our Leona finally answers us saying sorry guys I just hung up the phone. What do you report this as? She wasn't quite AFK, just wandering around a bit and completely refused to communicate. and keep in mind this was ranked too XP.
