I Saw the new champ they came out with.

I like the new champ they came out with so does that mean it's going to be released on 7.14 or later? I know their doing bug testing on it right now on the pbe wish I was able to get on pbe but waiting for sign ups to reopen, other then that I think I'm going to like this new champ look really cool. And to think they came out with xayah and rakan not to long ago.
