I got banned when I played my game.

I've been recently having the firewall issue, however was able to get in games lately. This once I had lag spikes and had to reconnect my internet and everything during hexakill, but I did play the game. I at least played for half of the game while the game was a very short one.

And I'm banned now, from abandoning my team.

Wtf/???? My teammates were really nice, and they managed to play the game fairly well and I apologised to them before going out and after reconnecting. I know that the fact I apologised and everything won't make any differences because it's an automated system, but I an really shocked to see my account get banned.

I know my account's last ban was because of the firewall bug thingy and I accept it, I was wrong playing with that bug- but this ban is unacceptable. Seriously. I don't know what else to say. I just was working to get the Harrowing icon. I only need one more win. Ohmygerd. Does anyone know the criteria that determines someone's ban? I'm extremely frustrated. My leaverbuster level is now one, which means that I've played lots of games enough to reset my leaverbuster level, but idk why the system gave me a ban straight away after one game that was played indeed.
