support xerath

I was in a game with zilean when we ran into a draven and Xerath bottom lane. The motion consisting of Xerath zoning and poking while draven farmed and caught up when xerath landed his stun and slow combo. It was murder bottom lane and I WAS PLAYING JINX.

Course we won cause our trundle was a badass all damage tank... But I'm immensely worried this might continue on to be a thing with xerath being support...
