I've yet to ever see one of these. I even reported the same person as my friend, and he received message and I hadn't... Was in voip when he received notice after 1-2 games. An extremely toxic annie on enemy team talking trash in all chat.
Edit: Curious if its cause I checked suppress all notification popups... Great, I was trying not to get annoyed by random popup's and that's probably why I never received any warnings before my restriction as well....
I've never gotten one of these messages but I have gotten the "a player has been punished" message.
Best was right after a ranked game with a toxic ashe. She kept our lane pushed right up to their turret and then started flaming our jg, even though he told her multiple times she had to let them push so he could come in. Then she turned on me (the supp) and pretty much for the rest of the game stood in one spot at a time, motionless as she typed in chat how much we all suck. Meanwhile since she wasn't moving she kept giving the enemy blitz free grabs.
She got punished after because I helped in reporting her.
It made me happy.
Nice bro! I got one of those when i was just met and started to play with 2 other guys who were just randomly thrown into matchmaking together. (we freinds now and play alot lol). We had a toxic singed who blamed a lee for everything and would intentionally throw teamfights (literally he would throw i think it was a rammus or voli on top of our ADC). One of the guys invited me back and all 3 of us laughed as we got the message that singed got banned.
