Gifting skins that you own

I think this should be a part of league, if I've bought a skin but I wish to gift it to someone I think it should be possible to do so; why shouldn't I be able to give someone something I own? I bought it from riot shouldn't I be able to gift the skin to someone if I wanted to? I have several skins on some champions and have wanted to give people one several times after a match instead of random gifting them. I would love to see this a part of league, I don't see how this could get abused either. Let's get this thread noticed and support
