I personally think that Leblanc should be reverted rather than the direction riot is taking her with this new " kite mage" shit she was in the assassin update for a reason just because you fail a re work doesn't mean you should change the Champion's Identity, I would love trying to get support for this until a Red can stumble upon this thread. I miss old lb even though in the right hands she was a handful she was dam fun to play.
Honestly she only had problems if she was majorly ahead but then any champ can feel oppressive when they get so far ahead right? Majority of the time it was a win lane lose game champion though, right now in the game there's a few items that give a spell shield now unlike before, which makes old leblanc almost useless I think reverting her in the current game state would be 100% fine and a thousand times better than the direction they're taking her right now. 
I think there's one more I can't think of right now but this new item would also make her Q R do almost no damage at all.
Supported, nerf QR so she has to land something after R to do burst and she will be fine and in a better spot
No, i don't miss Pressing Q-R-W to kill people in less than a second and neither do the people i was killing.
As much as I'd love a revert, I don't see it happening. They changed all the other assassins to no longer be able to oneshot, and are gated behind delays. If they revert LB, it would cause akali/fizz/talon mains to start qq'ing too, since they were all drastically changed and many of the changes were just as unpopular as LB's. (imho, I wouldn't mind a revert of said champions either. I actually liked their old versions too.)
I won't argue that LB is weak, because she's definitely not, but she takes on a completely different role now, and she's still frustratingly oppressive. She's simply not an assassin anymore. She's not a champion who can dive into a 5v5 teamfight and pick off the ADC anymore, unless she's very fed. LB is now a champion that is at her best split pushing late game and 1v1'ing people who try to stop her. It really takes away from the adrenaline of dodging in and out of teamfights and waiting for the perfect opportunity / using jukes to make your getaway. A lot of that is gone now.
I think regardless of what they do with her, they will have to intentionally leave her weak and gated behind a high skill floor, because if she's even remotely powerful, she's absolutely disgusting and a perma-ban. I'd definitely rather my champion be on the weak side and unpopular so that I can still play them. And in this current iteration, I'm surprised they were able to even get her off perma ban at all.
