Dynamic Que: Pick intent champs getting banned by teammates

Ok, now before I start I just want to say that generally I try not to get all upset over small stuff when playing league of legends, in-fact I try to be super nice and sweet to people even when tilted as all get out just to make the game a better place as a whole. But god damn am I sick and tired of teammates banning my pick intent champs in dynamic que. I love dynamic que, its been in my opinion a huge improvement and looks amazing as well and its only getting better and better as time goes on.

Im the type of person that thinks about new potential fun builds / rolls I can play champs in before I get into game, I plan it all out and decide the best way to make it work, then I allot out 30-40mins of my day for a game in order to play that said build / roll. I get into game and even put the champ up for my pick intent champ right away so my teammates know exactly what my plan is..... and then some ass hat decides to ban said champ... Sometimes i want to play sona mid, or zyra jungle, or ekko support, or go duo pirate bot lan as gangplank adc. Sometimes I dont want to play the meta where I see and play against the same 7 champs every game. Sometimes I want to just try and find a cool fun new way to play a champ. and then someone wrecks that with the click of a button.

Is there anyway possible that @Riot can make it so teammates cant ban allied pick intent champs? Or even at the very least make it so the top two people (who have no input at all in bans) of a team cant get their champs banned? Please please please find a solution for this because it truly wrecks a game and puts a bad taste in my mouth.
