i under stand that Cosmic Reaver Kassadin is the the late OCE skin but what does it stand for exactly, like the ghost bride skin for Latin servers made scene ~~barbecue ~~ because *it was the most popular urban legend in that part of the world be i don't think of astrology when i think of Australia , new Zealand Indonesia etc
