Can some help me with ranked?

Hi, I recently got demoted to S5 because I can never seem to win any games. Almost every single game I play, I end up losing because every single lane loses. I can win lane and completely shut down my opponent (I main top lane and and sometimes support ) but EVERY SINGLE time, the other lanes feeds like the Red Cross. That happens almost every single game. I win one match, then the next three I lose because my team feeds. They also don't want to group, never want to push for objectives as a team, and they never punish mistakes of the enemy team. Everyone is always blaming everyone else, it's insane. So it ends up going from a 5v5 to a 1v9 or a 1v1v1v1v1v5 every single game. I get stuck with some of the worst players in the game and I end up getting punished because of it. Can someone help me with this? Maybe duo with me and help me climb? Or else give me advice on how to climb better? Also, Riot. When are you going to fix your goddamned ranking system? It's so flawed and doesn't allow the player to actually show his or her skill at the game. I can never seem to get on a team that works together to do anything, It's always "I'm the carry, I'm the carry, I can 1v5 easy" but then ends up making AD top Janna look viable. Please fix this! I want to get gold before the season ends, but it doesn't look like I'll be able to with the current state of this ranking system or community. Is there a chance that someone at Riot can just chance which S5 sub division I'm in so I can play with better players? I definitely at least think I'm a good enough player. I have a 65%+ win rate on most of my top champions (pun intended) with even a 73% win rate on .
