Inappropriate club names and tags

I know there's a report option to report people for having inappropriate or offensive names and forces them to change it without a refund. This is nice and all, but what does Riot do about CLUBS and CLUB TAGS that violate their rules for what's okay?

I've been in way too many games on NA and the PBE where people have the most childish and crude names for their clubs with club tags that would fit more on the underside of a graffitied middle school desk than in a video game.

I thought this game was rated T for teen, like people above the age of 5, so why is this type of 'behavior' acceptable?

Stop acting like a fucking SJW, IGN-s and club names are literally the most irrelevant part of not just this game, but any game. If it's bothering you that much, I'm pretty sure you have the option to hide player's names in-game, problem solved :)
