I just lost 10LP for dodging

Hi friends. I just wanted to ask:

When you dodge in champ select for whatever reason, arent you supposed to lose only 3LP?

I was just in champ select and a summoner didnt respect the pickorder. He said in chat "support", the guy who picked before him (the last rotation of picks before him) picked janna and said "only supp". Is this guys turn (and mine) to pick, and he instalocks blitzcranck saying "ok, double supp".

I procede to say "i rather lose 3 than 20LP" and waited the timer out.

I had 90 LP and now i have 80.

By the way the text is optional to read, the question is what to know please!

If you dodge frequently (I think it's more than once per day), it gets increased. Dodge another game and you should lose 20 LP.

You shouldn't lose any from dodging. You'd think Riot could add a voting option for that too.
