She's nvr been reworked, but her damage has been nerfed, q used to do over 3 times what it does now and bounced more, e gave more dmg reduction than now, w had a better ms buff, and r just did shittons of samage on top of the shit tons it does now. not much else to say. I managed to find this. Gives a pretty good description of Katarina's old abilities before the posted champion spotlight. Pretty much the only big change to her kit was her W.
