Since you aren't level 30 yet:

Grind Co-Op vs. AI games vs. intermediate bots.

The lower IP gains vs. normal games (90% vs. 100%) is offset by the fact you're pretty much guaranteed to win every game. Since matchmaking only needs to find 5 players rather than 10, you're also more likely to get into a game faster with a lower wait.

Used to be a limit to how many Co-Op games you can play a day before you stop getting IP rewards, but I can't find any info on that anywhere ATM.

There aren't any. Riot (and other F2P companies) base the gain** off of time played**, so there are no ways to game the system or to get more efficient gains.

The only things to know is that for IP, there are penalties for playing in custom games or in Co-op vs AI modes. The only way you can actively boost your IP gains is to buy IP boosts, in which case, it is more efficient just to buy the champion.

Play Aram, and hope people Skin boost, matches are quick, win or loss, and a lot of the time you will get teams that skin boost granting a tonnnn of ip.

Play a lot of games during IP boost weeks/weekends, such as Pool Party event. We had some in February/January because Fire won All Star. It went on for 1-2 weeks (or more?). Partying with people can help IP gains, too.
