When is Riven's next price drop?
I'm thinking of saving up 4800 IP to buy her, since she's been really fun to play for her free week. I don't want to buy her, though, and then a few months later her price drops to 1350.

Well Firstly it would drop to 3150 not 1350.
More to the point though, price drops ate scheduled to go with each champion release. The oldest 6300ip champion will be reduced to 4800ip each release, and every 3 releases will see another champion below 6300ip reduced by 1 Tier. This reduction is based on how old the champion is, and ease of play (I don't think there are other factors).
I believe kalista will come with the second increase as I know azir didn't and don't think gnar did? So you can wait to see if it's riven, but there are many champions eligible for that reduction so it probably won't be. If it isn't, you're waiting for 3 more champion releases which would be about 4 months to 6 months (at least) and then you have another slim chance at it being riven. Overall I'd say it won't be any time soon.
