  1. Support tickets, I have never submitted a ticket that has taken more than 12 hours to get a response from. The 12 hour one was on a very busy day.
  2. They made a game that I personally have sunk almost 2900 hours into, (You can check this link right here http://wasted-on-lol.com/stats/na/theminez/ ) The balance of said game may not be the best though...
  3. High Quality Skins are released fairly often, (Although I'd be able to get them easier if I had 39 more RP, for Rito Pleases)
  4. The good parts of the community, aka the ones who fit the easy requirement of not getting too angry at their teammates and try to have a good time in norms.
  5. The people who explain why they downvote this post instead of letting the silent downvoters strike again

I actually think Riot tries very hard to make a game that's enjoyable. All the boards whiners say "they don't care about playerbase" well yeah when you say they are the worst company who would, or "they only care about money and dont listen to players ideas" maybe because they need money to operate and its their game, so they can take it whatever direction they want. The players who constantly complain and bad mouth wonder why Riot won't listen to them.

Honestly, there have been some bad balancing issues this season, but they're making the game really INTERESTING with some of the things they are making.
