Summoners spells in champ. select.

Okay, let get things straight.

If i change my summoner spell in champ select, and somebody dodges, the next champ select, you should have the same spell that you changed it to. I just had a game where i jungle without smite, thinking i had it because i changed it.

Yes, i didnt check if i had smite, i could have. But still i had changed it.
