What happened to our Lux skin?

It's been two years since Steel Legion Lux was revealed on the PBE, and a couple months shy of that when Morello said that there would be another Lux skin, in response to the negative reaction to Steel Legion. I'm still wondering what happened to the skin that Lux was supposed to get, where it is, and when we're getting it, if at all.

With four more champions getting their second skins since Steel Legion, it begs the question, does Riot even care about us Lux players anymore? I know there are other champs who are also in need of regular skins, with both Thresh and Elise falling in that catagory, but still, that's what Morello said this time last year after we had expected another skin to be rushed out.

Where is our skin? I want to give you my money, but there hasn't been anything worth buying since the Lux ward skin.
