why is there no replacement player system?

you queue up for a game select your champion and suddenly realize you dont feel like playing anymore. at that instant, before you can back out, the game starts up.

now you are stuck in a game you dont want to play for the next 45 mins with no way out without completely screwing your team. because you made a serious commitment when you clicked on that little cartoon fish man?

why is there no way out?
