Is this game a money laundering scheme?
I can't wrap my head around how much money is made yet how little seems to be reinvested into the (still atrociously bad) game.

Because Riot isn't a non-profit organisation? And that's money laundering?

Also if you think that's bad, check out Valve. It's like they don't even develop games at all anymore, and is just selling other people's games.
