don't turn off the language filter
then report someone for saying "shit" or "fuck" when they die. if it offends you, use the language filter.

Even if they report the person for saying stuff in that specific situation, the report will have no weight. It's only if it's directed at someone that it matters.
Using vulgar language is fine, using it to devalue others is not :P
