I'm ok if Swain doesn't get a skin this year, after 4 years of no skins, but riddle me this...

Is he the final champion that will get a VGU? If he isn't I think it would unnaceptable for him to not get a skin for 5 years straight. If he is getting a VGU, I understand you don't want to remake a skin recently after creating it, but if not he NEEDS something soon. 4 years is too much imo and its not like the whole time he was about to get a VGU.
